As President and CEO of Combined Jewish Philanthropies of Greater Boston (CJP), Marc leads the organization in its mission to inspire Jewish people to create positive change in their local community, in Israel, and around the world. Founded in 1907, CJP raised more than $114 million last year and made strategic investments in community, with annual support of $37 million in emergency services for families and individuals throughout the greater Boston area.

Experience: Previously served as Chief Executive Officer of Limmud International and Executive Director of IKAR in Los Angeles.

Aron currently serves as Board Chair at UKG after serving as its CEO for 17 years prior to his retirement from that role in 2022. In addition, Aron is a current board of directors for JVS.
